开发AUTOSAR系统的基础软件功能，以辅佐高级驾驶员辅助系统的基础和应用项目。Engineering and coordination of the development of AUTOSAR Base Software functions for base and application projects for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems.
功能合作和提高（开发，构建和集成，验证，失败分析，测试活动）Function cooperation and heightening (development, build & integration, validation, failure analysis, testing activities)
需求工程 Requirement engineering
主动沟通项目主题，例如 延期或发展过程中遇到的问题 Proactive communication of project themes e.g. delays, problems during development
在遇到职责范围内无法解决的问题是，在标准线路施工手册中延迟时间，标记问题 Heightening of delays, problems to SWPM when irresolvable within owned responsibilities
保证所有职能部门之间的明确沟通和决策建设 Guarantee clear communication and decision construction within and between owned function teams
与部件所有者CO一同详细制定资源和工作计划 Detailed resource and work package planning together with component owner CO
点到点承接功能/零部件责任 End to End responsibility for represented functions/component
在规划的时间，交付承诺的高质量功能表现力
保证代表性功能的开发活动符合ADAS开发流程，实现质量和功能安全要求。 Guarantee that development activities for represented functions are compliant to ADAS development process and quality and Functional Safety requirements are achieved.
计划客户项目中的功能增加（KPI）并减少缺陷 Planning of feature ramp up (KPI) and defects ramp down in project and towards customer
保证客户项目中的功能增加和缺陷减少 Following of feature ramp up and defects ramp down in project and towards customer
在客户项目中汇报增加的功能与减少的缺陷 Reporting of feature ramp up and defects ramp down in project, towards customer and line management
