- Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or relevant education, and with relevant training and work experience

- Minimum 6 years practise of using AutoCAD, Microstation, CATIA,UG, Process Design/Process Simulation, RobCAD, and/or Delmia, or electrical design software such as EPLAN 5.75 and EPLAN P8
