Job Description:

Operate HVB test bench
Monitor test execution
Prepare HVB tests
Developing test programs and methods in collaboration with the development departments and test equipment suppliers cost Cycles, number, profile, temperature, humidity etc.).
Self-responsible selection of state of measurement equipment
Continuous development and improvement of measurement systems and test bench software in collaboration with the development departments and test equipment suppliers
Software implementation in the test equipment.
Coordination of test schedule and test requirements with development departments
Planning of resources / capacity for test bench with product development department
Carrying out test programs and guiding test bench operators in executing test
Programs and measurements
Analysis, interpretation, documentation and presentation of test results
Responsibility of test bench operation according to health and safety regulations.
24/7 first level support for fire brigade, security and facility management in case of emergency.

Job Requirement:
University degree for “vehicle engineering”; “mechanical engineering”; “chemistry” or other relevant majors.
At least 3‐years working experience with high voltage systems like HV batteries regarding development or testing.
Sufficient knowledge of electrical vehicle and HV battery regarding structure, function and safety.
Flash 3 certificate (If not, it should be done onsite within 3 months) .
Good knowledge in CANalyzer, INCA, Matlab knowledge preferred.
English fluently mandatory.
