保证焊装工艺、技术资料的完整、正确性负责，对现场操作者进行技术支持。解决现场出现的问题
Take charge of integrity and correctness of the Bodyshop technics and technic data, support operators and resolve issue happened in line.

主要职责 Major Responsibilities:
· 协助质量工程师发展和建立质量体系和相关质量文件
Assist quality engineer develop and establish quality system and quality document
· 跟踪产品变更以及及时调整变更的产品工艺
Trace production change and adjust process according the product design changed
· 对工艺过程进行人机工程/安全等各个方面的评估
Evaluate ergonomic and safety analyses and evaluate
· 对制造过程进行定期监察，确保工艺过程与文件的一致性
Supervise the manufacturing process; make sure the consistency between files and actual process
· 维护平面布置图和不断改进
Maintenance layout and improve it
· 协助工人和技师发展编制作业指导书
Assist worker and technician make work instruction
· 投产阶段产品/工艺/设备/质量等相关专业组成的跨功能小组，完成工艺方面所要求完成的任务
Production /process /facility /quality cross function team, responsible for process.
· 协助新车型的投产准备和投产
Assist new module car launch prepare and launch
· 完成部门领导临时交办的其他工作
Complete the temporary job the supervisor required

任职条件 Qualifications:
· 本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
· 具有汽车行业的专业知识及丰富的工作经验，具有焊接工艺和日常支持知识及工作经验；
Professional knowledge and abundant experience in Auto Industry. Knowledge and experience in process and operations support.
· 具有根据生产需求制定焊接工艺方案的能力，具有对焊接工艺问题分析并协调解决的能力；
Have the ability to constitute process scheme based on production requirements. Have the ability to analyze and solve the body process problems.
· 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力；
Good communication skill and team working ability.
· 具有英语能力—四级以上

职位职能:  项目工程师  
职位描述:
主要职责 Major Responsibilities:
· 收集和综合分析新建或改造生产线项目的工艺资料，根据产品纲领和可利用的生产面积，设计合理的工艺流程和产品路线；
· Gather and analyze the process files of new line or production line modification, design logical process chart and production route.
· 新建或改造生产线项目的能力设计，制定准确的设施、设备、工具和器具等技术规范，并与供应商进行技术交流和讨论，完成方案对比，支持采购购买所需要的设施、设备、工具等；
· Ability design of new line or current line modification program, edit the specification of the related establishment, equipment, tools, racks, and so on, communicate with supplier and discussion, finish comparison of proposals, to support purchasing to purchase required tooling and facilities.
· 编制和定期更新新建或改造生产线项目的所有工艺文件；
· Edit and update new line or current modified line program, including: process;
· 新建或改造生产线的重要设施、设备的设计审查、预验收、安装、调试、现场验收工作，提供准确的工艺定位安装图纸；
· Design review, pre buyoff, installation, trial and final buy off of new line or current modified line establishment, equipment, provide exact process location drawing;
· 校对投产专员编写的操作性工艺文件如OIS等，检查投产阶段焊接工艺执行情况；协助工人和技师发展编制作业指导书;
· Proofread launch specialist edited process files such as OIS and so on, check the status of execution of each launch phases. Assist worker and technician make work instruction
· 跟踪新产品有关零部件的试装，支持STA完成相关PSW的验证；
· Track the new production prototype pre fitting, to support STA to finish PSW verification;.
· 协助质量工程师发展和建立质量体系和相关质量文件
· Assist quality engineer develop and establish quality system and quality document
· 投产阶段产品/工艺/设备/质量等相关专业组成的跨功能小组，完成工艺方面所要求完成的任务
· Production /process /facility /quality cross function team, responsible for process.
· 完成新车型的投产准备和投产
· Finish new module car launch prepare and launch
· 抓好员工的业务培训及教育，严格考核，提高员工的业务素质及操作技能
· Do well the operation training to improve the employees' operation skills
· JOB1三个月后移交生产线及相关工艺资料文件给焊装生产部门。
· Handover the related document to production department.
· 完成部门领导临时交办的其他工作

其实是长安马自达给了我焊装项目工程师的岗位 我还有一个ao史密斯热水器的焊接工程师的岗位 不知道如何选择 应届生 怕选错了

当然是汽车！！！！！！！

我也知道汽车行业比较热门 但是ao史密斯毕竟是热水器行业的老大 给的待遇是6500*14两年内基本能涨到9500+每个月，后面的工资看能否晋升，不晋升的话1w基本到头了，职位是焊接工程师负值焊接质量控制的；长安马自达在汽车行业比较一般，给的待遇是5200*14.5到20个月，具体多少个月看当年的销售业绩，每年涨幅10%，给的职位是焊装项目工程师，负值新车型的引入和投产等方面。我准备定居南京不准备怎么跳槽，希望你给你再具体给点介意
