4. Qualifications                                                       
Education / Degree:                                                       
Degree (Bachelor/Master) in Engineering;                                                        
Knowledge / Skills /Competences                                                Proficiency required for the Position       
buisness fluent language skills in Chinese and English;                                                        Expert
German language skills are beneficial, interest in learning German language                                                        Expert
Extensive knowledge in development of interior automotive parts, like A-B-C pillar, trunk liner, parcel shelf, floor mats, carpet, head liner and injection molding grained parts.                                                         Expert
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools                                                        Expert
Knowledge in Catia V5 Construction or similar                                                        Basic
