Job Responsibilities
        Monitoring and implementing the production line operation in accordance with
        plant policies and internal production plan
        Monitoring all process documentation and assuring staff are trained and certified for the
        tasks they are performing. Train and coach production line emplyees
        Keep up the effective communication with shift members to motivate teams to ensure the
        deployment & implementation of relevant instruction
Qualification Requirements
        At least 5 years working experience in heat treatment industry, WOFE is preferred
        At least college dgree and above
        Good team work spirit and good quality responsibility awareness
        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work independently
