Large Automotive Audio/Video/Multimedia manufacturer looking for an experienced Shanghai- based supplier quality engineer to primarily manage the supplier quality process for PCBs, electromechanical, electrical parts and assemblies, etc.  Frequent travel to locations in Dong Guan (Shenzhen), Dalian, Wuxi, and with some travel into Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Japan on occasion.

Competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic multi-cultural multi-national work environment. The position reports directly to US headquarters in Atlanta and may require some travel to the U.S. for training and business meetings.  

Previous automotive experience with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is highly preferred.  Due to  frequent interface with American staff, excellent written and spoken English skills desired.  Must be assertive and self sufficient and capable of interfacing with supplier executives as well as supplier factory engineers.
