Job Description：
1.        通过与客户沟通识别并深刻理解他们的需求,与美国的研发中心一起设计满足客户的要求的技术解决方案。Identify and deeply understand customers’ needs through communicating with them and work along with R&D centre US to design technical solution to meet customers’ requirement.
2.        在销售服务、售后服务期间，与销售团队一起进行预售服务,到位,包括收集所有信息、递交PPAP文件给客户。Work along with sales team to do presales service, during sales service, and after sales service in place which include gather all information and submit PPAP documents to customers.   
3.        翻译转化客户的产品代码，竞争对手的技术规范和公司的产品代码，用来支持销售团队和建立技术信息库。Translate product code of customer or competitor to technical specification and our product code to support sales team and build up technical Data Base.
4.        与销售团队一起设计公司的产品目录和技术手册。Work along with sales team to design our product catalog and engineering manual.
5.        跟踪技术的发展趋势,在市场战略规划的支持。Tracking technological development trend in the market to support on strategic planning.
6.        对销售团队进行产品培训。Give product training to sales team.
Requirements:
1.        本科以上学历，汽车,机械工程或相关专业。Bachelor degree or above in AUTO, mechanical engineering or equivalent
2.        熟悉发动机结构和设计,有发动机公司工作经验者优先.Knowledge of structure and design of engine. Working Experience in an engine company (or engine related company) is preferred.
3.        熟悉国家和行业标准,熟悉主机厂标准和产品者优先.Familiar with national and industrial standard. Knowledge of OEM standard and procedure is preferred.
4.        熟悉ISO, TS16949质量体系,有实验设计经验优先Familiar with ISO/TS16949 quality system (APQP, PPAP, DFMEA). Experience on DOE (design of experiments) is preferred.
5.        熟练操作CAD软件, UG软件Proficient in CAD software. Knowledge of UG is a plus.
6.        5年以上职位相关工作经验.More than 5 years related experience.
7.        良好的团队精神及分析能力.Strong team spirit and good analytical thinking.


月薪:15-25K
