[ 摘 要 ] 本文首先提出三种不同发动机冷却系统水套的设计方案,并通过UG对其进行精确建模。根据汽缸对称性及相邻汽缸温度相同截取1/2截面建立力学模型,同时加载水套边界条件,利用软件仿真计算出不同形式水套的稳态热分析。然后对不同冷却系统水套进行热应力、X轴方向应力、Y轴方向应力和剪应力分析,并对结果进行讨论,最后可选择出较好的设计方案。

The FEA for Water Jackets in the Engine Cooling System

[Abstract] This paper firstly brings forward three different designs for water jackets in the engine cooling system, and exactly builds their models by UG. According to the symmetry of the cylinder and the same temperature between the cylinders, secondly, the 1/2 section is intercepted and the mechanics model can be established. Thirdly, the boundary conditions are loaded. The steady-state can be simulated with ANSYS. Then the thermal stress, X-axis stress, Y-axis stress and shearing strength for water jackets in the engine cooling system can be attained. Based on the thermal stress analysis and the discussion of the three different water jackets, finally the better design can be selected.
