摘 要:采用三维设计软件UG建立了某型车后桥壳的数值模型,通过数据接口转入有限元分析软件ANSYS,经修复及网格化后形成有限元计算模型并进行了计算,得到了桥壳的整体应力分布,指出了桥壳存在的不足及影响因素。研究结果表明:平衡杆支座板的布置对桥壳的强度有重要影响。通过对平衡杆支座板的几种改进方案的分析比较,为支座板改进设计提供了重要的理论依据。

Vehicle Rear Axle Stress Analyse and Improve

Abstract: The CAD model of a certain typical vehicle rear axle shell was created by UG software and translated into FEM analysis software ANSYS throuth data interface. After repairing and meshing, the FEM calculative model was created and the calculation was conducted. The stress distribution of the whole axle shell was obtained. The shortage of the axle shell and influence factor was pointed out. Research result indicate: the balancing pole seat plate has an important influence on the strength of axle shell. By comparing analysis results of several improving balancing pole seat plate,the research results provide some important theoretical bases for optimizing construction.

汽车后桥作为整车的一个关键部件,其质量对整车的安全性能有重要的影响,因而对其进行有效的优化设计是非常必要的。本文研究的后桥在海南路试时发现存在局部强度不足的情况,该桥为引进的某型车国产化后的后桥,通过用有限元分析方法对其进行计算分析与比较,为优化该产品的设计提供依据。 |
