[ Abstract ] This text aims at one development process of the SGB type car bridge in, discovers after experiment the car bridge exists the circumstance of the partial strength shortage, and carried on an improvement to this circumstance, then use the ANSYS Workbench analytical software is in front and back to the improvement of the empress stalk carried on computing the analysis comparison, in the meantime, to the empress stalk of the tired life span also has certain instruction meaning.

1 前言
为了适应越来越激烈的市场竞争，满足不同客户的不同需求，快速开发出适合市场需求的高性价比的产品是每个公司追求的目标， CAE技术也因此在众多企业中得到了越来越广泛的应用。
SGB后桥是我公司最新开发的一款后桥，在产品试验中，该桥局部出现开裂问题。本文既是针对问题展开的分析及改进，疲劳寿命分析历来是CAE分析的难点,因实际影响疲劳寿命的工艺因素很多,计算寿命值很难与试验寿命值吻合,本文也对此进行了一些尝试性分析,以对该桥的进一步改进提供借鉴。
