German-China JV looking for Supply Chain Manager
Company Profile：
For our client company, a German Sino joint venture company in motor component/automobile industry we are looking for a Supply Chain manager in shanghai. The company is established in 2005 and is a JV of German and Chinese manufacturing company, situated in shanghai with 250 employees.

Job Location：
Shanghai
Major Responsibilities:
-Responsible for whole production control & logistics team, including material planning, production planning, import & export, material movement, warehouse, and transportation etc.
-Oversee production planning & material planning, and make sure 100% shipping window compliance.
-Set up inventory & planning strategy, and improve inventory turnover while keeping excellent customer service.
-Coordinates material handler/production control activities and related areas including warehouse, shipping, quality control and manufacturing.
-Oversee import/export activities & transportation cost, and logistics cost reduction.
-Oversee fork trucks & material handlers group, and optimize the material delivery route and plant material flow.
-Ensure strong internal control, and improve inventory accuracy.
-Lead other continuous improvement project or other lean manufacturing initiatives.

Basic Qualification:
-Bachelor degree or equivalent.
-Many years relevant working experience in JV or WOFE.
-Fluent in English and excellent computer skills.
-Change leadership & Strategy thinking.
-Familiar with Lean Manufacturing System & QAD system will be a plus.
-High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivates employees, and elicits work output.
-Knowledge of scheduling and inventory control systems.
-Budget management/cost control.
