要求如下:
色彩方案设计师:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keen awareness of colors&trims, style, trends, strong design background
Understanding of automobile design trends&general environment
Proven management, planning and organizational skills (Project management)
To communicate (2D/3D) and sell ideas to partners
Address production feasibility and manufacturing considerations
Create colors&trims proposals/image boards/trends videos/fabric proposals, interior colors&textures/exterior body paints-colors/general color-strategy.
Be the interface for engineering and production⊕suppliers
Handle colors&trims training for juniors colors&trims designers
Look after colors&trims benchmark (concept&production competitors)
Be responsible for materials sourcing
Develop new materials (Eco material, etc…) and think of new, shorter, cheaper ways of developing color&trim for production
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Experience
4/5 years experience in large automobile corporation or/and experience in smaller specialized structures (colors&trims consultancies), free-lance experience welcomed
Experience of automobile production process&development
Knowledge and experience in grain, upholstery, leathers, fabrics, interior&body colors.

Knowledge
Willing to train younger designers or experience in management(small team)

Education
Bachelor degree in related field (Art background)
Good command of: photoshop-illustrator-patchwork&other field related IT softwares
