Roles & Responsibilities:
职位—职责

1.
Identify alternate materials for localization of automotive components – Ferrous & Non Ferrous materials
1． 为汽车零件本地化鉴别可替换材料，包括铁质和非铁质材料。
2.
Perform testing to prove the alternate materials
2．完成检验替换材料的测试。
3.
Co-ordinate with 3rd party agents (CCC, GB, etc) to conduct and get certifications
3．协调认证部门第三方（CCC,GB等等），取得相关认证。
4.
Identify opportunities for low cost materials as alternate choice for cost reduction
4．鉴别低成本材料作为降低成本方案的可行性。
5.
Provide technical support to suppliers developing the components with the identified alternate materials
5．在确认相应零件可替换材料可行性后，对相关供应商给与。
Requirements:
要求
1.
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Materials/Chemical/Manufacturing /Mechanical  Engineering with Metals as specialty
1．需有本科或硕士学位，材料/化学/制造/机械方面工程类专业，特别是金属材料知识。
2.
At least 3 years of working experience in the similar role
2．相同领域3年以上工作经验。
3.
Automotive field would be given priority
3．汽车方面背景会是一个很好的优势。
4.
Ability to understand physical and chemical properties of the metal materials
4．了解金属材料物理及化学属性。
5.
Understanding of material standards such as, ASTM, SAE, JIT, GB etc
5．了解材料相关标准，如ASTM ，SAE， JIT， GB等等。
6.
Understanding of metal manufacturing processes such as Die Casting, Forming etc
6．了解金属制造工艺，如压铸、冲压等等
