      Your Tasks
      This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Department Assistant seeking a great work environment in which they can make an immediate impact. The chosen candidate will support the department with daily tasks and is highly proficient in all administrative software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel. Activities include, but are not limited to the following:
      - Manage the office of technical department leader
      - Deal with letters, mails and the appointment plan
      - Organize management meetings
      - Plan and coordinate business trips and business activities
      - Support of colleagues from Germany
      Your Profile
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
      - Fluent in German & English
      - Analytical and structured way of working
      - Team spirit and enthusiasm for new challenges
