1． 负责制造日常业务管理（日常生产/故障排除/技术改善等） Managing for routine management(Daily production/Problem solving/Engineering level improvement etc)
2． 参与部门业务目标作成，负责业务目标推进 Participate Group yearly Target releasing and responsible for these targets pushing.
3． 负责制造工程改善能力提升 Responsible for process improvement pushing 4． 负责部门内部培训及团队管理 Responsible for the internal training and team work building
5． 与其他相关部门业务沟通与联络 Communication with related department and external company
