工作职责:
1.Customer quality management, driving failure analysis and problem solving to prevent recurrence and reduce external defect cost
2.Stakeholder of product development and process development to insure product achieve quality requirement and target
3.Work closely with engineering and production to improve process quality to reduce internal defect cost
4.Pilot product audit and drive corrective actions to improve quality assurance and control in production
5.Rollout quality methods and tools to improve quality system
6.Monitor quality KPI and define action plan to drive continuous improvement
7.Develop quality competence of team
任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above, mechanical or engineering background preferred
2.Minimum 8 years work experience in related area with at least 5 years on quality management experience
3.Fluent written and oral English
4.Strong quality awareness and execution power
5.Skilful using quality tools and methods
6.Good team work spirit
7.Good interpersonal relationships
8.Detailed knowledge of relevant standards (ISO / TS16949)
