Role Summary:

Localization Engineer works closely with cross-functional teams to solve localization product and process issues to ensure high quality and on-time deliveries
需要与跨职能部门密切合作，解决国产化产品和工艺问题，确保高质量及时地完成交付
Strong background in develop/design (Powertrain Component) is preferred
有研发或设计动力总成系统附件零部件经验者为佳（燃油系统、进气系统、气系统、冷却系统等）

Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate ECR (engineering changes)
协调项目中出现的各种问题
Work closely with project technical responsible to Investigate/validate design during development, looking for localization issues and highlight any potential risk
在开发过程中与项目技术人员密切合作，负责调查/验证设计，寻找问题和潜在的风险
Assist the Purchasing to evaluate supplier engineer capabilities, technical exchanges with supplier, analysis of cost competitiveness and joint selection of suppliers
协助采购评估供应商工程师的能力，与供应商进行技术交流、分析成本竞争力，挑选合适的供应商
Lead meetings for identifying team program issues/concerns and development of work plans in response to those issues
开会商讨团队项目中存在的问题和关注点，并制定相关工作计划以解决存在的问题
Coordinate action plans confirm and authorize supplier product drawing and technical specification aligning with customer requirement
协商确定供应商，并制作产品图纸和技术说明，以符合客户的要求
Approve supplier Q3P/APQP quality level signature
批准供应商的Q3P/APQP质量水平签字

Required Skills/Experience:

Knowledge of engine components and their manufacturing process
具备发动机附件和发动机制造工艺的知识
Good communication / fluent English speaking is mandatory
具有良好的沟通能力，英语口语流利
Good Analytical and problem solving skills
具有良好的分析和解决问题的能力
Knowledge of Q3P/APQP/PPAP
具备Q3P/APQP/PPAP知识
2 years’experience in automotive Industry in engine system（component）
具备2年汽车行业发动机系统附件的经验
Good skill of using 3D CAD systems such as Catia V5, AutoCAD
熟练使用3D CAD系统，例如Catia V5, AutoCAD
Product development experience in engine parts experience for suppliers evaluation and chosen/ lead suppliers development process management and production /technical specification /quality audit
具有在发动机零部件方面的产品开发经验，具有评估、选择、管理供应商的能力，具有审核技术规格、产品质量的能力


Required Education/Training:

Candidate should have one of the following engineering degrees: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or automotive Engineering
