寻找一个减振器产品开发经验至少本科4年、硕士3年以上的技术人才
不一定有管理经验
他主要会做减振器产品标准制定、性能开发,做Testing Plan等等的工作
他的英文要OK,因为会有全球研发中心的人作为他们技术部门的外方经理。当然主要还是技术上的沟通。所以对语言的要求要能沟通,不一定非常流利(我找了很久都没有找到相对资深英文又好的人)
他还需要跟全球研发中心以及主机厂客户进行技术上的沟通,他们有计划把很多全球研发中心的项目拿到中国来做,相信是不错的锻炼机会。
我找这个人找了很久了,有些人因为地点(在北京)。有些人因为语言,有些人因为工作经验太短。从零部件公司找到主机厂,从北方找到南方,一直没有很合适的。

Job Description
Job Title: Competence Center Supervisor China
Location: Beijing
Reports To: Engineering Manager
Subordinate: 2-3 engineers
Summary:
Act as team leader and overall contact point of technical competence center and is finally responsible for:
 Continuous improvement of knowing how regarding shock/strut/module/CES applications in cooperation with the European competence center and European core engineering,
 Enhance support regarding shock/strut/module/CES applications.
Scope:
 OE RC China organization
 Collaborate with global engineering (EU, NA...)
 Full understanding and integration of technologies within the applications (valuing, CES, Module, component technology…)
Responsibilities:
 Managing the competence center strut/shock/module;
 Final coordination and responsibilities for the following activities conducted by the competence engineers;
 Maintain the generic DFMEA on struts, shocks, and non-core components in co-operation with EU;
 Maintain the generic design validation program;
 Act as technical expert on non-core components;
 Support supplier development on non-core components;
 Understand & apply standard rules for shock/strut dimensioning, tolerances, characteristics… (on application level/ non core component);
 Supports technical project leaders;
 Support design modifications after SOP + 90 days (Drives ECI/ECR/ECM);
 Approve valuing when according to predefined standards set by the valuing group;
 Coordinates customer specification change requests;
 Define capital requirements for competence center;
 Leads RFQ activities/Leads 8D teams;
 Localizing core components;
Requirements:
 Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering background;
 Minimum 4- 5 years working experience in product technical engineering function in auto shock absorber industry;
 Very proactive with excellent interpersonal skill in work;
 Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English;
 Customer/Internal client oriented, quality focused - Analytical - PC skills.
 Willing to travel (remote locations, customer visits,).
 Civil Engineering Level. |
