If an auto part is not welded well by a robot, I will check items of robotic welding system in
automation cell:
1. Current/Voltage parameters of robot's torch/tips
2. Feeder (for arc welding)
3. Presure of tips (for spot welding)
4. Power supply of welding machine
5. Calibrate TCP
6. The gap between torch/tips and the part, maybe reteach the position of robot with a
teach pendant
7. Contact size of welding tips, maybe they are worn out
8. Time (Welding time and Stop time)
9. The surge of voltage
10. Quality of welding material
11. Welding velocity
12. Angle of welding torch/tips
13.Weave condition (frequency and amplitude) for arc welding
