摘要:安全带是轿车上最重要的乘员约束装置,三点紧急锁止式安全带则是轿车安全带中应用最广泛,装备数量最多的一种。本文在试验的基础上,应用电测量和图像测量,结合电测数据和图像数据同步后处理方法,对某车型配备的三点紧急锁止式安全带及其约束下的HybridⅢ假人的动态特性进行了分析和探讨。根据分析结果,提出了提高安全带动态性能减小乘员伤害的方法,并进行了台车试验验证。最后实车试验结果证明了分析改进方法的正确性和有效性。

Analysis and Improvement of Dynamic Characteristic of Seat Beltfor a Light Passenger Car

[Abstract] Seat belt is key occupant restraint equipment in vehicle. Specially, ELR (Emergency Locking Retractor) is one of the popular seat belts. Using data and photo synchronous processing, this paper analyzes dynamic characteristic of seat belts equipped in a light passenger car. According to analysis, this paper put forward a method to improve the dynamic characteristic of seat belts and decrease injury of occupants. Finally, the Analysis and method were proved by the crash test.
